Tuition services

  • Tuition is provided by Anastasia Borowski as a private tutor.
  • Availability is subject to change. No guarantee of ongoing availability is made.

Cancellations & attendance

  • At least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at the full lesson rate.
  • To cancel or reschedule, please contact Anastasia directly via WhatsApp on 07932 316352.
  • Three or more cancellations in a single term may result in the loss of your regular slot.
  • Lesson slots are fixed and held on a weekly basis. Rescheduling is at Anastasia's discretion and cannot be guaranteed.

Holiday allowances

  • Two weeks' holiday is permitted over the Christmas period without charge.
  • Three weeks' holiday is permitted over the summer period without charge.
  • For absences exceeding these allowances, the regular lesson fee is required to retain your slot.

Portal access

  • Portal access is granted to current tuition families only.
  • Login credentials are personal and must not be shared.
